Johny C- A mass is a amount of matter in an object. The tool we measure mass is a Triple Beam Balance. The Basic units are grams (g) and other units are kilograms(kg). Don't ever touch the adjustment knob it may break. Also when you are measuring something you have to start from 0 to measure the object.
