Friday, June 24th was Chestnut Ridge Middle School’s Eighth grade graduation ceremony at Rockland Community College. This was a big day that the students had been anticipating for the past 2 years and was a culmination of hard work, cultural & community experiences, and fun times at “The Ridge”. I was so excited to see my students as they prepared for their big moment!
Check out the video below for the highlights of the day…I can’t say it is the best footage and it is a bit lengthy because it was so difficult to edit down with so much good stuff going on! but I wanted to put something special together for the class of 2011. Also, I felt it was important to include the full entrance, diploma ceremony & walking out as graduates so that you can spot yourself and your friends and to remember this great moment.
I wish you all tons of luck next year…read a bit, review a bit, ask questions…& DO YOUR HW! =)
Remember…you can always check back here…tons of good Earth Science, Living Environment & Math games, vocab, diagrams & activities….just search your topics & you’re good to go.
So Congrats & Good Luck, and please feel free to leave comments & well-wishes for our new graduates!
